Body Works is a mat based PIlates studio located in the Sliema, St Julians area of Malta. Our Physiotherapist has an MSc and does not use machines when trreating. She can treat back pain, neck pain, headaches, sports injuries and uses techniques such as taping, acupuncture and dry needling. Our Pilates offers group classes of no more than 12 people. Personal Training or Private Pilates and our instructors are able to deal with rehabilitation from back pain, neck pain, shoulder or knee pain. Our Premier Lifestyle programme for weight loss is from the UK and we have two great independant massage therapist operating from Body Works.
